However, what if you could take your creativity with Mid-Journey to the next level? That's where Chat GPT comes in. In this article, we'll explore how you can use Chat GPT to create more detailed and complex prompts for Mid-Journey, and we'll show you some stunning examples of what you can achieve.


What is Chat GPT?

    Chat GPT (Generative Pretrained Transformer) is a language model developed by OpenAI that can generate human-like text. It is a type of AI that is trained on vast amounts of text data and is capable of understanding natural language and generating text that is similar in style and structure. With Chat GPT, you can provide a prompt, and it will generate text that continues that prompt in a logical and coherent way.


How can Chat GPT be used with Mid-Journey?

    Mid-Journey uses prompts to generate images. Typically, users provide simple prompts, and Mid-Journey generates an image based on those prompts. However, by combining Chat GPT with Mid-Journey, you can generate much more complex and detailed prompts. These prompts can include specific details, such as the style of the image or the type of composition, that Mid-Journey can then use to generate a more advanced image.


Creating Prompts with Chat GPT

    To create prompts with Chat GPT, you need to provide it with a concept. You can then provide examples of what a good prompt for that concept might look like. Instead of defining a set of rules for generating prompts, as in a previous video, you simply provide examples for Chat GPT to follow. Here's an example of how it works:

  1. You ask Chat GPT to act as a prompt generator for Mid-Journey, converting concepts into prompts.
  2. You provide a concept, such as "an orange pie on a wooden table."
  3. You provide examples of good prompts for that concept, such as "a photorealistic image of an orange pie on a wooden table by Anna Peterson, desert photography contest winner."
  4. Chat GPT generates a prompt based on those examples.

    By using examples, you can generate prompts that are more specific and detailed than you might be able to do by defining a set of rules. This makes the prompts more tailored to your specific needs and preferences.


Experimenting with Chat GPT and Mid-Journey

    To show how Chat GPT and Mid-Journey can be used together, we ran a few experiments. We provided Chat GPT with different concepts and asked it to generate prompts based on those concepts. We then ran those prompts through Mid-Journey to generate images. Here are some of the results:

  1. Glass ball with a house inside: Chat GPT generated a 3D rendering of a glass ball containing a miniature house by Daniel Lee, 3D art contest winner. The glass ball has a Foresters texture, a few visible air bubbles, and Chat GPT generated three alternatives prompts for us.
  2. Big Bang space creation: Chat GPT generated a code box prompt, which we used to generate different images based on a few prompts.
  3. Futuristic samurai robot: Chat GPT generated different images of robots, based on the prompt we provided.
  4. Portrait of people: Chat GPT generated different images of people, from a dramatic one to an artistic one to a beautiful medium shot.

    In each case, the prompts generated by Chat GPT were detailed and complex, and Mid-Journey was able to use those prompts to generate
